OCO Meet Cuban Officials - 1/12/2011

OCO representatives met with officials from Cuba’s Flora y Fauna Department to discuss the parameters of a tarpon tagging project involving the deployment of eight Pop-up Archival Tags. There is some question whether the tarpon off Cuban shores are a resident population, or migratory fish on their way to other habitats.
